Video Appointments

We are currently using PEXIP videoconferencing software to facilitate virtual appointments with our patients and their families.

This product is supported by the Saskatchewan Health Authority and eHealth Saskatchewan, and is compliant with Health Information and Privacy regulations. Some frequently asked questions from patients about this software are available here.

You will receive detailed instructions when your appointment is booked from one of our administrative assistants.

Please understand that not all appointments can be done virtually, and there are limitations to what can be seen and assessed in a virtual appointment. Your doctor may need to see you in person, and certain appointments types are not able to be offered virtually at all.

Using a Computer:

You can use any web browser (Google Chrome or Safari work best) if your computer has a webcam and microphone. This does not require any downloads.

Using a smart phone or tablet:

You will need to download the PEXIP app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The icon looks like this:

Virtual Meeting Room (VMR) Links:

The following links lead to the Virtual Meeting Rooms of our doctors and nurses. If you lose the instructions that were sent to you, you can use the following links to access the meeting room at your appointment date and time.

Please note, the room may be in use and "locked" if the doctor or nurse is seeing another patient or is not available. Please continue to wait for the room to be unlocked and you will be let in automatically.
